Because state laws can change, the AARC encourages participants in Peak Performance USA to visit the National Conference of State Legislatures web site, their state department of health, or the Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s Public Health Law Program to review any changes to self-medication laws or current legislative action related to asthma.
