Localizing Radio PSAs
The public service announcements provided can occasionally be localized to generate additional radio interest. Be sure all information, including names, phone numbers and dates, is accurate. Time the script to be certain the reading fits into the 10-second or 30-second format. Sentences should be very short; words easy to understand. A typical 30-second radio spot runs approximately 70 words.
